Three Cheers for Three Years: Memorial Assistance Ministries’ Heights Resale Store Celebrates Anniversary Nov 1 through 8
Memorial Assistance Ministries (MAM), a nonprofit organization dedicated to partnering with hardworking Houstonians to build stable lives and hope-filled futures, is celebrating three years of serving the Heights community with its Heights Resale Store, located at 1015 E. 11th Street. From November 1st to the 8th, the store will host a week-long celebration, featuring special discounts, giveaways, and family-friendly activities.
“Our Heights Resale Store has been thriving for three incredible years thanks to the support of our customers and the local community,” said Cindy Husband, vice president of operations and resale for MAM. “When you shop with us, you’re doing more than finding great deals; you’re helping to build stable lives and create hope-filled futures for others.”
To show appreciation and give back to the community that has supported them, MAM has planned a week full of special offers, fun activities, and opportunities for shoppers to join in the celebration, including:
- Daily Deals: Each day, at least two product categories will be offered at 30% off. Additionally, a featured brand of the day will be showcased, such as Lululemon and The North Face.
- Customer Appreciation Drawing: Shoppers who make a purchase throughout the week will be automatically entered into a drawing to win a $100 MAM card.
To culminate the anniversary festivities, MAM will host a fall celebration on Nov. 8 with activities for the entire family, including canine companions.
