American Institute of Architects Houston Chapter (AIA Houston) proudly announces the winners of the 2025 AIA Houston Design Awards, honoring architectural excellence across a range of project types. These awards recognize firms that demonstrate innovation, design integrity, and a commitment to enhancing the built environment.

The AIA Houston Design Awards celebrate the transformative power of architecture, from preserving historic structures and reinvigorating existing spaces to exploring bold, forward-thinking concepts that challenge conventions. This year’s winners exemplify the best of architectural vision and execution, leaving a lasting impact on both the profession and the communities they serve.

“Each of these projects reflects the creativity and dedication of our local design community,” said Rusty Bienvenue, Executive Director of AIA Houston. “The awards highlight not only the quality of the work produced here in Houston but also the role architecture plays in shaping vibrant, resilient, and inspiring places.”

Award recipients were selected by an esteemed jury of architects and design leaders from across the country. Their thoughtful deliberation ensures that the winning projects represent the highest standards of design excellence.
